Selecting a payment processor or fundraising platform can be a rather large and complex undertaking. There are many requirements and preferences that need to be taken into account. In our meetings with Swedish fundraising organizations, we’ve noticed that certain requirements come up repeatedly. We’ve compiled them into a request for proposal.
It is an Excel file that includes most of what you could want from a fundraising platform. It is a tool you can use to assess your needs. Feel free to use the request for proposal as a basis for a procurement process; you can then add or remove items from the file as you see fit. The request for proposal also provides a good overview of the features Repejo does and does not offer.
