Corporate Gifts

Receive donations from companies using the same system as your other donations

With corporate gifts, you can receive gifts from companies in Repejo. The company enters its name, business ID, and contact information at checkout and pays using a payment slip, Swish, a credit card, or bank transfer. The gift will be added to your list of other gifts and donors, so you don’t have to manage corporate donations separately.

Corporate gifts do not have their own checkout. It is an option within a standard gift checkout, and you choose whether the checkout should accept orders from individuals, businesses, or both.

If you'd prefer that businesses choose from pre-made packages—such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum—use the business packages. Learn more under " Offer Pre-Made Business Packages."

How it works

Select who should be able to give

When you create a donation checkout, select from “Individuals,” “Businesses,” or “Both” under “Who can donate? ” If you select “Both,” the donor makes the selection at the top of the form, and the checkout will adjust the fields and payment methods based on that selection. Businesses make one-time donations in Repejo; they do not set up monthly donations.

The company enters its information

The company provides its company name, corporate ID number, contact person, email address, and billing address. Under "Branding," you can choose to show or hide fields yourself, such as the invoice reference, phone number, and message.

The amount thresholds for businesses are separate from those for individuals. Repejo suggests 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 kronor, and you can adjust them to the amounts that work for you.

The company makes payments based on a payment document

If the company chooses to issue an invoice, Repejo generates a payment document as a PDF. It includes your bankgiro number, the amount, and a payment reference that is incremented for each donation, so you can verify the payment. You can set up the bankgiro number and reference under Settings → Payment Methods → Payment Documents.

This document is not an invoice. A donation is voluntary and not a payment request; therefore, the PDF does not include VAT, line items, an invoice number, or an OCR number. If your company needs a formal invoice, please create one in your own accounting system.

The company can also pay directly at checkout

Swish, credit cards, and bank transfers work the same way for businesses as they do for individual donors. In that case, the donation is paid immediately, and you don't need any documentation.

Track the donation from submission to payment

The corporate donation appears in Repejos’s administration along with your other donations. You can see which company made the donation, the amount of the donation, and the payment reference associated with it. Mark the donation as invoiced once you have submitted the supporting documentation. A donation paid against supporting documentation is not recorded until the day the funds are received, which determines the fiscal year to which it belongs.

Offer ready-made business packages

Many organizations have partnership tiers for businesses, where greater support yields greater benefits. With a “Business Package” checkout option, you can display these tiers as pre-packaged options. The business selects a package, enters its information, and pays the package amount using a payment slip, Swish, or a credit card.

Post the packages under "Packages"

You create the packages under the "Packages" tab at checkout. Each package has a name, an amount, an image, and a description. In the description, you explain what the company receives—for example, a logo on your website or a certificate—using bullet points, bold text, and links. The packages replace the price tiers at checkout.

Display the packages directly on your website

Embed the package list on your website, and the packages will appear as cards with an image, name, and price. When a customer clicks on a package, the checkout page opens with that package already selected. You’ll find the code to paste under “Usage” on the checkout page.

See which package the company has chosen

The package name is listed on the payment document, and in Repejos's system, the gift is marked as a corporate package. That way, you can immediately see what the company is supposed to receive and deliver what you've promised.

View information about tax credits for businesses

Businesses have their own text about tax deductions at checkout, separate from the one for individual customers. Under "Branding," select "Show tax deduction information (business)." If you leave the text box blank, Repejo will display the default text; if you enter your own text, that will be used instead.

Confirmations are sent to the contact person

The payment details and the standard receipt and thank-you emails are sent to the contact person’s email address. You can set up the templates under “Communication” in the checkout, or at the organization level if all your checkouts are to use the same ones.

Summary

With corporate gifts, you receive gifts from companies in the same system as your other gifts. The company enters its information at checkout and pays using a payment form or directly via Swish, credit card, or bank transfer. With corporate gift packages, the company instead chooses from pre-made packages that you display directly on your website. You can view gifts, donors, and payments all in one place and don’t need a separate workflow for corporate donors.
